Description

Arranger Tracey Ann Biddle uses two hymn-tunes (GERALD and GREEN HILL) for this setting of Charles Wesley’s prayerful hymn text. Written for SATB choir with piano and orchestra accompaniment, the choral part features sections of unison singing, women only, men only and episodes of four-part harmony. This setting is suitable for student choirs and church choirs of limited experience as well as professional groups. The orchestra parts are suitable for intermediate to advanced players.
